Tutorial Neuropsychology

Course goals

The purpose of the tutoring system is to support the student with respect to their (a) commitment to their educational program, (b) development of and striving towards their goals, expectations, capacities and preferences regarding their education, (c) choices regarding their education, internship and thesis, and (d) career perspectives.

Relation between assessment and objective
Within the tutoring system, there is no summative assessment. Students will get formative feedback on their development regarding their learning goals and participating in peer review activities is a compulsory part of the tutoring system.

Content

Each student enrolled in the master Neuropsychology will be assigned a tutor. The tutor is a teacher within the master program. The tutoring system consists of group meetings and the facilitation of peer review opportunities. The schedule of these meetings can be found within the course syllabus, uploaded on the Tutorial Neuropsychology Brightspace page. Within these meetings, planning and execution of the internship and thesis will be discussed among others. The tutor will also be the first point of contact when facing setback or delay. Individual appointments can be made by the students themselves.
