Deep dive: Qualitative research

Course goals

After completing this course, you are able to:

• Communicate in an ethically sound manner about qualitative research.
• Apply basic qualitative research methods.

Content

In three “Deep dive” courses, students will develop hands-on skills regarding qualitative research, systematic reviews, and quantitative research, respectively. Each “Deep dive” course consists of one full-time week where students work intensively on a given method. Students are required to attend all sessions during that week (i.e., 5 full days), where lectures will be alternated with small-group discussions and assignments.
