From cell to molecule

Course goals

The student gains general knowledge of and insight into the molecular aspects of the cellular blueprint. This includes the most important biochemical processes and the central biological principles and mechanisms that underlie the health and disease of the animal, primarily at the molecular and cellular level. This also entails understanding the biological basis for normal functioning and the mechanisms that maintain homeostasis.
