Cultural History Tutorial B

Course goals

After completing the tutorials:

• You are aware of and are participating in the ongoing historiographical debate on a specific cultural-historical subject.
• You have extensive knowledge and mastery of the cultural-historical sources and methods discussed in the tutorial.
• You have acquired the habitus of a researcher and you are able to independently produce your graduation project.

Content

In these tutorials, the students enter the laboratory of their teacher. Lecturers choose a subject within their expertise and transfer their knowledge and skills to the students in a small-scale setting. The students gain in-depth knowledge of a cultural-historical subject and further sharpen their skills in the field of sources and methods. These tutorials represent the state of the art of cultural history research.
