Paediatrics
Objectives and content
The objective of the pathophysiology course Paediatrics is to introduce the student to the specific aspects of disease and health in childhood.

Work formats and weekly schedule
During 5 weeks the most important topics of paediatrics will be discussed by both general paediatricians and paediatric subspecialists (including neonatologists and geneticists). There are both plenary/interactive/work lectures. In addition the matching education in radiology continues throughout this course and since 2014 extra attention is placed on Pharmacotherapy and Social Health. There is time for self-study.

The course takes place in year 2.
