Young Innovators Honours Programme

Course goals

You learn to initiate, co-create and execute processes of social innovation.
- you learn to recognize when a system is regenerative or not
- you learn tools to enhance regenerativity in systems
- you learn what leadership means to you and how to actively shape it
- you learn to look beyond the symptoms of problems and towards the root causes of social problems
- you learn to work  from head, heart and hands together.

Content

The Young Innovators Program is an interdisciplinary honors program with students from all faculties of the university. The world needs new  kinds of solutions. Many of our ecological, economic, social and political structures are based on exclusion, exploitation and extraction. This program teaches you to initiate regenerative processes in a community of students, stakeholders and coaches. In this programme you learn to analyze degenerative systems from the head, then search for the highest potential from the heart, and then put this into practice with your hands.
