Humanities Honours Portfolio

Course goals

In the portfolio, students reflect on their progress and development within the Humanites Honours Programme, based on a report of their curricular and extracurricular activities and initiatives.

Content

An integral part of the Humanities Honours Programme is the creation of a portfolio containing products and evaluations of Honours courses; reports of extracurricular activities; reflection reports of academic development. 
Honours students undertake a minimum of 1 extracurricular activity per honours year:

• independent organisation of discussion meetings, seminars, excursions;
• written contributions to a.o. honours blog or honours magazine.
• Initiatives in the context of internationalisation: independent organisation of study trips, participation in Summer Schools and International Exchange Programmes.

At the end of each HHP academic year, the honors coordinators make an individual appointment with each student to discuss the portfolio.

Additional information

This is an requirement that Honours students must meet in order to be eligible for the Honours Certificate.
