Course goals

MBIM thesis information session is not a course, but rather a series of information sessions by the Thesis Coordinator for MBI (Joris Hulstijn). Sessions are typically held in the second week of each period. You will be invited by email. The purpose of these sessions is to help students prepare for their graduation project and master's thesis. Topics to be discussed are: finding a research topic, finding a supervisor and the advantages and disadvantages of  an ‘internship’. We will also discuss the MBI colloquium and the various rules around graduation and internship contracts.
