Course goals

After having completed this course students will be able to:

• understand the key concepts of programming and curation
• design their own curatorial argument based on academic literature
• make a motivated selection of audiovisual material
• translate acquired academic knowledge to a wider audience
• coherently present their ideas in an oral presentation and a written paper

Only open to students enrolled in the MA program Film and Television Cultures or the MA programme New Media and Digital Culture.

Career orientation
In this course students have the opportunity to meet guest speakers from the workfield. Furthermore they train skills to transfer their knowledge to a broader audience.
