Course goals

After completion of this component, the student
 

• is able to explain, in spoken and written English, the research question(s) he/she works on to his supervisors and fellow students;
• is able to place the research question(s) in the context of research already performed as described in literature;
• is able to explain, in spoken and written English, the research plan (methodology and approach) followed in tackling the research question(s) and place this in the context of other methods/approaches to investigate the research question(s) at hand.
