Supervision of Markets, Enforcement and Agency Design

Course goals

• The students have knowledge of current developments relating to the supervision of markets, enforcement of (EU) law and agency design and can place them in and discuss them from interdisciplinary, theoretical and practical perspectives;
• The students can develop a vision on the broader political and societal context of supervision of markets, enforcement and agency design and can critically assess and design relevant enforcement provisions and policies;
• The students can discuss relevant questions in English orally;
• The students have practiced essential academic and professional skills, including negotiating and speaking.
