Not only will you learn to use the most important grammatical structures of English appropriately, but you will also expand your knowledge of the kind of vocabulary and register required in formal academic writing in your subject. Needless to say, some attention will also be paid to the mechanics of academic writing in English (structure, punctuation, referencing).
