LOT Summer School

Course goals

The aim of the LOT summer school is to advance knowledge in the subdiscipline(s) of the student's choice and to create an embedding of their research in a national/international network.

Content

Students take four LOT courses in the LOT summer school. Participation in the LOT school includes preparatory readings for the classes students sign up for. Participation in the LOT summer school can be replaced by participation in other LOT activities (e.g. EMLAR) or participation in the activities of other national research schools (see logosgw.nl). Discuss such options with the programme coordinator.

This course is only open to students from RMA Linguistics.

Career orientation:
Orientation on a future research oriented career in academia or outside of academia. Participation in the national LOT school supports networking of students: meeting RM/PhD students, and linguistic researchers from other LOT institutes, as well as lecturers from the international research community.
